The bike raffle will raise money for Give Me 5 For Kids, with the business aiming to be able to hand over a cheque for $50,000 by the end of the day.
Raffle tickets costs $100.
It's part of a full day of activities planned at the business, said marketing and events manager Lyndelle Banks.
"We are a family owned business and we love to give back to the community by being involved in various charities every year," she said.
"Over the years we have donated over $580,000 to local and Australian charities.
"To celebrate 41 years we have a huge day planned at the dealership."
The birthday event will start with a Thunder Ride. The contingent will leave from the Deloraine Train Park at 10.30am, and ride a loop back along the old highway to the store.
At the store there will be a Show and Shine, parts and merchandise sales, entertainment by SIX SIX Harley Wheelies, WSM Freestyle Entertainment, and a variety of pop-up shops.
At night, The Band with No Name will be playing live at the Iron Horse Bar & Grill.

The first prize is a FXBB Street Bob 107 valued at $23,495, second prize is an XL1200N Sportster Iron 1200 valued at $16,495, and third prize is an XG500 Street valued at $9,995.
The Prospect Vale dealership is Australia's oldest independently owned Harley-Davidson Dealership.
