Live music will pop up in a bunch of different venues across the city as part of Mona Foma.
The first session will be held on Sunday on top of the Paterson Street East car park.
eRikm and Anthony Pateras will perform, supported by Emily Sanzaro.
Executive producer Shelley McCuaig said she is excited to be hosting a session on the car park roof.
"It's a great opportunity for locals to get a taste of the Mona Foma experience ahead of the festival in January and to celebrate the launch of the lineup with us," she said.
The free event is suitable for all ages. A pop-up bar will also be located on site.
The first session starts at 2pm and finishes at 5pm.
The full Mofo Sessions lineup will be announced on Friday.
