An aspiring business woman, in March this year the 21-year-old became Australia's first Rabble franchisee.
Dubbed as "fun fitness", Rabble incorporates old-school games like dodgeball, capture the flag and frisbee, mixed with high-intensity interval training workouts.
Following a winter hiatus, on Saturday Ms Colbeck will officially re-launch Rabble Launceston with a new spring program at Royal Park.
Encouraging fitness, fun and being social, she said there were many benefits to Rabble, with people of all ages encouraged to sign-up.
"We had such an amazing response when we launched in March," she said.
"It's a really good work-out, but at the same time everyone is laughing and just having a really good time.
"The benefits go far beyond just the physical and we've had people aged in their 20s to their 60s.
"It's great for everyone's mental health as well."
Rabble was founded in the United Kingdom in 2014 by international triathlete Charlotte Roach.
Participants spend about five minutes on each game before the next one starts.
Each session lasts an hour, with a social component afterwards.
While living in London, Ms Colbeck said she used the fitness group as a way to keep fit and make new friends.
After moving back to Launceston, she decided to set up a franchise in her home town.
With plans to one day run her own business, Ms Colbeck said the experience had already given her plenty of insight.
"I started working when I was 14 and I have always been working my way up the ranks, as a supervisor of manager," she said.
"Running my own business is always what I've wanted, so Rabble has been a really great experience leading to that.
"It's definitely been a stepping stone."
