IN OTHER NEWS:
Fire crews arrived about 10 minutes later and quickly extinguished the fire.
A witness told The Examiner the items belonged to a homeless man who had set up at the rear of a business in the street. He was yet to arrive back at his belongings before the fire was extinguished.
The witness said the fire was deliberately lit, and was part of a neighbourhood feud.
Nobody was injured in the fire.
