BEST: Former Anti-Discrimination Commissioner Robin Banks says community groups believe Tasmania's act is best in Australia.

Tasmanian parliamentarians should reject the Federal Government's attempts to water down Tasmania's anti-discrimination laws, a group of 12 community groups say.
