Her former lover Bradley Scott Purkiss, 43, who ultimately fired the gun that killed Mr Davies was sentenced to jail for a total of 24 years yesterday.
Mr Davies, a Tasmanian tattoo artist, was killed by his wife and "best mate" in what has been described as a cold and calculated execution that was designed to end years of emotional abuse
The pair planned to murder Mr Davies, which involved Purkiss luring his "best and only friend" to a home in Elderslie.
He was shot twice by Purkiss, once in the head at close range in a shed on the property that was used to grow cannibis.
His body was likely left in the padlocked shed overnight before it was eventually wrapped in a tarp, hidden under green waste in a back of a ute, and driven to a property at Levendale.
Purkiss dug a shallow grave with an excavator and dumped Mr Davies' body, which is where it remained until found by police on June 3 2017.
Both Otto and Purkiss had historical grievances with Mr Davies, and were said by Crown Prosecutor Madeleine Wilson to be motivated by self interests, either to escape an unhappy marriage, to stop feelings of being used, or because of finances.
Purkiss will serve a non-parole period of 14 years and Otto will serve a non-parole period of seven-and-a-half years.
