The salon has been experiencing technical difficulties since Thursday after their systems were hacked.

Manager Gabby Gibbons said the salon had lost everything on their system, from upcoming bookings to client details.

"We've got an IT guy working on it but it's all a bit up in the air at the moment," she said.

"We're trying to get across to our regular clients who come in all the time. Worst case scenario, if we do lose everything, we're going to have to start from scratch."

Those with future appointments are asked to get in touch with the salon to help recover lost information.

They apologised for any inconvenience caused.
