Each award winner across the seven categories will receive a trophy alongside a bonus item with the finalists to take home a medal.
Given out for the first time last year, the Phil Edwards Bursary is an award close to the hearts of many and requires the nominees to pen an 250-word essay on their desire to improve both their sport and education.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT
Following the respected journalist's sudden passing in 2017, the winner will receive a $500 scholarship donated by Fontyn Sports Media.
