Sam Freeman was acknowledged with the rising star award while clubmate Jill Fish won the women's best and fairest in a tough season for the Saints.
At Longford, Aaron Seen saw off Jake Murfett and jet forward Jackson Blair while the familiar names of Luke Mccarty (115 votes), Leigh Harding (84) and Ben Webb (69) topped South Launceston's count.
Bulldogs women's star Kiara Foley was the standout from the NTFAW's inaugural premiership outfit.
Callum Mulder, Jack Dyer and NTFA representative ruckman Tom Broadhurst finished top three in Bracknell's best and fairest.
