The AFCA launched its national roadshow in Hobart on Monday and will be at the Brisbane Street Mall on Wednesday between 9am and 5pm.
Launceston residents will be given the opportunity to receive expert advice from the AFCA, better understand their rights and find out what to do when they have an unresolved issue with a financial firm.

The AFCA was established in November 2018, in the wake of the banking royal commission.
Since the independent body was established, it's received 60,000 complaints, resolving 73 per cent of these and awarding $145 million to consumers.
But only 721 complaints originated from Tasmania (1 per cent of the national total).
AFCA chief executive and ombudsman David Locke said the body had undertaken research which showed that only about 3 per cent of the Australian population had heard of it.
"Our role is to help people if they have a dispute with a financial firm to try and get a resolution," Mr Locke said.
"We've awarded $2.5 million dollars to Tasmanians [so far] but we know that a lot of people have got issues."
