Yet to taste defeat at State League level, the former Northern Hawks netballer has enjoyed a smooth transition between sports after beginning the year at NTFAW side Old Launcestonians.
"I started playing a couple of games at OL's and then the OL's coach [Kate McLaughlin] used to play at Launny last season so Ange [Dickson] had a bit of a chat to her and said, 'are there any girls keen to come train at Launny?' so I did a few trainings, really enjoyed it and got a few games," Guy said.

Consistently winning the ball in her new-found role in the midfield after starting life on the wing, the midfielder has found several similarities between her former round-ball sport and her new footballing career.
"I think reading the play is somewhat similar so that has helped the transition. Obviously physicality is a bit different but with manning up on players and things like that, it becomes similar.
"The girls have been really supportive and great [with the transition]. I've felt really comfortable coming in and it's good going into games because I know they are always going to support me and be there for me."
FINALS FEVER
The newcomer's success has truly impressed coach Ange Dickson ahead of Saturday's 12:30pm grand final.
"I think with Jen coming from netball it was a bit of an unknown of how she would transition, we watched a couple of her games at OL's and you could see she had natural ability with her pace and physicality," Dickson said.
"She's been a huge asset to our team, especially to our midfield group with her strength around the contest and ability to keep her feet."
