After two consecutive years of second-placed finishes, Tasmanian Tigers are itching to take out this one-day campaign according to assistant coach Ben Rohrer.

"We really want to win one now," Rohrer said.
"That's been the big driver all pre-season. They've trained their butts off as you'd expect but that's the number one goal now - win stuff.
"We've progressed as far as we can in terms of the off-field stuff and now it's time to win one."

With their campaign getting underway against Victoria at the WACA on Monday followed by a Wednesday clash with Western Australia, Rohrer predicted two of the four uncapped players - Nathan Ellis, Jarrod Freeman, Caleb Jewell and Alex Pyecroft, to make their debut.
"It's usually pretty bouncy there as we all know [at the WACA] and a tough place to go particularly those who haven't played there before so I'm sure all that will be taken into account before selections are made but I would expect at least two to play."
Freeman and Pyecroft are joined in the 14-man squad by fellow Cricket North graduates George Bailey, Alex Doolan and James Faulkner.
