Dance and drama pupils from grades prep and 2 won best health and well-being story at the annual school performance arts competition.
St Thomas More's art teacher Angela Edwards said pupils from all years participated in performances, with older years helping the younger ones choreograph their dances.

"Wakakirri doesn't have a competition in Tasmania so the school entered the screen challenge section," Ms Edwards said.
"We get to rehearse for many weeks and then we film and edit it before putting it together and sending that off for judging."
Ms Edwards said it was a very big deal the pupils managed to come away with a national award.
"It was fabulous and super exciting," she said.
Ms Edwards said the grade 2 and prep performance told of how it was okay for children to be open about their feelings.
"It's about children and all the emotions they go through in a regular day at school and that it's okay to feel those emotions," Ms Edwards said.
Prep dance and drama pupil Freya McArthur said it was good to receive the award and the whole school was excited about it.
