Much like his visit in April, Mr Morrison headed along to Sporties Hotel on Friday night and will head to the NTFA grand final at Windsor Park on Saturday where he hopes to reunite with Bridgenorth ruckman Jarrad "J-Rod" Cirkel.
A photograph of the pair at the footy club prior to this year's federal election put J-Rod and his mullet in the national news, a moment that the Prime Minister has repeatedly referred back to.
Mr Morrison will also visit the Launceston Harvest Market and will officially open Macquarie House with Liberal Bass MHR Bridget Archer.
The circa-1829 Macquarie House has been redeveloped into the new home for Enterprize Tasmania.
Ms Archer said the space would become valuable for the wider community.
MORE ON THE PRIME MINISTER IN LAUNCESTON THIS YEAR:
"While the hub is now home to Enterprize Tasmania, the University of Tasmania will also be utilising the venue and the hub is open to the broader community for technology-related activities such as events, workshops and programs," she said.
Mayor Albert van Zetten said the finished project was an asset for Launceston.
"We've retained a huge amount of the original building, which still features original timber and brick work, and is a fascinating glimpse into the past," he said.
"This project has been a long time in the planning and it's great to see work now completed."
