A 32-year-old South Launceston woman and a 31-year-old Rocherlea woman have been charged with aggravated burglary, stealing, stealing firearms and firearm offences.
The alleged burglary occurred on Wednesday, September 11 about 11.40am.
In other news:
Police will allege the home was ransacked during the incident, with firearms, cash and jewellery stolen.
The Rocherlea woman was detained to appear in an after-hours court at 8pm on Thursday.
The South Launceston woman was bailed to appear on November 6.
