The teenage talent was the major Northern winner at the NPL Tasmania and Women's Super League awards night in Hobart on Saturday.
Hill's stellar year between the sticks also saw him picked for Tasmania although he was edged out for the golden glove award by Devonport's Nathan Pitchford.
Joel Stone and Madison Chambers claimed the night's highest honours.
The Devonport midfielder claimed 29 votes to win from Olympia's Jordan Scott (25) with strikers Joffrey Nkoso and Mathew Sanders sharing the final podium placing with 22.
The Super League medal saw Chambers just edge out Allie Berry.
Chambers and Stone also took out the players' MVP awards, while Stone made it a treble by claiming the Walter Pless Media Award. Berry denied Chambers a similar sweep.
The coaches of the year went to title-winning duo Chris Hey and Rick Coghlan, while the goal of the year awards went to Jono Ladic and Georgia King.
The referees of the year were Brenton Kopra and Alfonso Giusti while Nick Naden took out the inaugural sportsmanship award, for asking a referee to reverse the sending off of a Riverside defender.
The golden boot winners were Jazmin White and Mathew Sanders and Ulverstone's Amy Bisset claimed the women's rising star.
