Completing his fourth year at Lilydale by taking out the flag, the 21-year-old midfielder picked up his second premiership and first David O'Keefe memorial medal in the Demons' 51-point win.
"It's pretty good to win, we are pumped about it. We've been good all year, pretty strong," he said.
"We had a couple of sad games but nothing too bad that put any threat to us."

Winning the premiership in tandem with his dad, Lockhart credited the win to the coach's commitment.
"[Winning one for Dad] is a great feeling. He's the best club-man you will ever meet - he does everything for the footy club so it was good to do something for him."
Colin couldn't have been prouder of Wil's achievement.
"I'm pretty hard on Wil as my son but he was absolutely unbelievable today," the premiership coach said.
"I'm just super proud. Super, super proud."
