Tasmanian Quality Meats domestic sales manager Matt Lang said to finish on top of about 1050 other entrants was big for the business.
"To come away with the awards, it's good for the business and good for Tassie too," he said.
"We entered into the branded lamb category, which we won. That put us into the running into the champion meat, which we won.
"Then all the champions from all the different categories go up against each other for Australian product, we took that out as well."

The meat producer, which has been in business since 1997, won the awards with their recently released lamb racks.
"It's [lamb racks] taken off ... we knew we had something special but now the rest of Australia gets to see that we have the best," Mr Lang said.
"I think it's where we are ... all Tasmanian food's good - we're starting to put lamb on the map.
"We're the only large scale company that can process them here on the island so that helps us immensely.
"We've got the cleanest air, greenest grass and cleanest water so we're just lucky."
Mr Lang said for Tas Quality Meats to win over all other quality products, which included cheeses, icecream and other food products was really great.
"On the night, all the judges we spoke to on the night of presentation said after all the tasting they had done, the one piece of food they remembered was our lamb," he said.
"It's a team effort, it's not just one person it's the whole process helps us get that good premium product so everyone involved deserves a round of applause."
Van Diemens Land Creamery also had success at the awards, being named champion in the frozen desert category.
Van Diemens took home the award with their Pepperberry and Leatherwood Honey ice cream.
