Though unveiled in July, the facility was awaiting finishing touches to its filter until recently.

"It's only this last week that it has been really in use," Evandale Rotary Club's Annie Harvey said, whose Junior Action Group was behind the project.
"But I really am pleased when I see it being used on my walk through the park."
"There were people using it - and dogs using it as well."
The fountain was the result of months of planning and fundraising from the group, with help from the Evandale Primary School Student Representative Council.
It will now serve those using the nearby skatepark and Morven Park site.
"We [now] have something for the community," Ms Harvey added. "And it was the community and other people that helped us to achieve that project."
