Both under-age, meaning they can't get drafted until the 2020 season, the pressure will be slightly off the Tasmanian pair with their names already on recruiters' hot-lists.
The game features 48 of Australia's highest-rated junior stars, pitting them against each other in teams named after AFL greats Brisbane's Jonathan Brown and St Kilda and North Melbourne's Nick Dal Santo.
Collins will run out for team Brown and Callow, team Dal Santo, with the Tasmanian duo also set to rub shoulders with two former players as AFL academy head coach Luke Power and Victoria Country coach Leigh Brown lead the sides.
