The $92 million Midland Highway Perth links is among the projects scheduled for 2019-20, while work has started on the $12 million Riverside High School redevelopment and the $7 million Mowbray Connector roundabout will begin in September.
The $5 million Longford Police Station project is also listed for the current financial year.
The projects were included in Infrastructure Tasmania's second project pipeline, released on Friday, designed to give the construction sector up-to-date information on government and private development.
It included $15 billion in projects over the coming 10 years, and $3.6 billion in the next four years for roads, bridges, schools, health, irrigation and energy projects.
MORE ON INFRASTRUCTURE IN NORTHERN TASMANIA:
Infrastructure Tasmania chief executive officer Allan Garcia said all stakeholders - from education providers to businesses - needed to ensure the workforce was in place to deliver the projects.
"We need to make investment in skills at the entry level. We've got an older workforce, so people are tending to leave," he said.
"We've got new technology right through the industry, so we need a complete upskilling of many of the people in the industry in terms of just new ways of doing things.
"UTAS is involved in that process, Skills Tasmania, TAFE and all the providers involved in understanding what those needs are. Now it's just a matter of working through that process."
Mr Garcia acknowledged there had been some delays with projects, but no "mass slippage".
"There's a few where we might have just slipped, and there's reasons for that," he said.
"We'll get through a sensitive project and the community might have significant concerns, or we might strike an archaeological issue that we hadn't expected - those normal planning delays and consultation where there's sensitivities."
The Northern Prison location is yet to be decided.
