It also comes from the seasoned grand final bellwether.
"It does have a different feel because it has been Arrows, Arrows, Arrows for the last three years. There is a bit of pride because both teams have worked so hard to not have [Arrows] there," Hawks coach Ruth Tuohy said.

That extends to the close friendship between Hawks goal ace Ashlea Mawer and Cavs opponent Issy Maskell.
"We always know those games when they're played as derbies, the girls put their game on the line," she said. "It makes it more interesting when a lot of them are playing against actual friends."
"Just watching them Saturday, I saw they were very focused and determined to finish off their good season. There's no way we can underestimate them," she said.
"So, we're going to have to put it out there to take that [premiership] cup home."
