The Crazy Scientist, also known as Darin Carr, had been performing science experiments for crowds all week at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery.
"I put together a show that illustrates the different science involved in space and astronomy," he said.

"This 50th anniversary [of the moon landing] is a really good opportunity to explore the science behind space explorations.
Mr Carr said his shows included explosions with liquid nitrogen and fireballs.
"There's a lot to keep their brain cells pumping and learning at the same time," he said.
"The kids love it. I think the adults secretly do, too."
