Longford
Finished: First
Coach: Beau Thorp
Most improved: Connor Alexander
"Last season Connor came up to me after playing three or four senior games and asked, 'what do I need to do to become a senior footballer?' So I told him to get in a better physical shape and improve his conditioning," Thorp said.

"He came back to the club 15kg lighter and from there, hasn't taken a backwards step - everything's been A1.
"Everything he's done has then spread throughout the group and he's one of the main reasons why we are where we are.
"He's leading the way off-field and has come from being a reserves player to being one of our best defenders every week."
Bridgenorth
Finished: Second
Coach: Brady Demeijer
Most improved: Lachlan Bonney
"Lachlan has added a spark to our midfield and shows a lot of promise. His clearance work is really good and he's fantastic at clearing lines," Demeijer said.
"He has a massive future at our club. He has two brothers who are very good players as well so they are a great family for us."

Hillwood
Finished: Third
Coach: Nathan Lowe
Most improved: Ashley Salter
"The work Ashley has been doing is fantastic for our football club," Lowe said.
"We've been giving him the role of last line of defence and he's been fulfilling that every week. His main attribute he's improved this year is his communication and set up of structures.
"He's brought that into his game this year which is something we've needed him to work on and he's been key in our defence."
South Launceston
Finished: Fourth
Coach: Aaron Viney
Most improved: Ben Haywood and Nick Homan
"Last year Ben was in-and-out of the side and this year he came in early and has held down the half-back flank," Viney said.
"As a 31-year-old, he's added some key structure and leadership down back. On the other end of the scale we have young Nick Homan who played six games in the 18s and has held his spot since.
"He turned 18 last week and has become a great shut down defender which has allowed our more experienced boys to play free footy down there."
Rocherlea
Finished: Fifth
Coach: Andrew Cox-Goodyer
Most improved: Mathew Scott and Sam Maddern
"Matty Scott has been huge improver in the ruck. He's still a teenager and he's done a lot of work outside of football to get him ready for the job," Cox-Goodyer said.
"Sam is in his first year at the club and has been clean, composed and does everything right. You would love to have 22 of him."
George Town
Finished: Sixth
Coach: Allan O'Sign
Most improved: Sam Cooke and Aaron Zanevra
"They are two of our more experienced guys but have taken their game to the next level this year," O'Sign said.
"They've certainly been more committed and have taken on more of a leadership role this year. Their overall importance to the team has then risen with that commitment."
Bracknell
Finished: Seventh
Coach: Andrew Philpott
Most improved: Alex Johns and Kobi Latham
"Alex worked hard over the pre-season and got his chance later in the year after some of his mates had theirs," Philpott said.
"Just the way he goes about it and the hardness he brings for a young fella shows he's doing the right things and could be a 200-gamer for us.
"Over the last month I've put Kobi on the ball and he'd never played there at senior level. He's really stepped up over the last month and shown he can match it with the best when there's nowhere to hide."
Deloraine
Finished: Eighth
Coach: Bradley Powe
Most improved: Ashdyn Heathcote
"Ashdyn has had a terrific year. His commitment to football and the club from the very first session in November has been exceptional," Powe said.
"He is always at training doing extra an hour before everyone gets there.
"He has a tremendous amount of ability and as he develops over the next couple of years, he will become an exciting player for us all to watch in the future for our football club."
Scottsdale
Finished: Ninth
Coach: Geoff Mohr
Most improved: Jacob Singline
"Jacob's only 19 and has had a pretty good year. He finished off last year pretty strong but he's just taken his game to another level now," Mohr said.
"It's really good for the future of the club to see him improve the way he has and he was in contention for the representative side so to see him play good senior footy at his age is just another feather in his cap really."
