Picking up crucial victories in writing their season's story, the collision between both sides on Sunday spells the end for either team.
James Storay's Evandale took home the points against St Pats last week and is looking forward to playing on what he describes as the "best ground in the competition" despite it being his opponent's home.
"Even though people buy into the home deck, we want to be playing on the best ground available," he said.
"We are out with nothing to lose and if we can play our best footy it will hold us in good stead."

Bailey Wells will come back into the side after missing last week with Storay considering his options.
Old Launcestonians overcame an inaccurate performance to secure their first finals berth since 2014 and coach Paul Beechey is looking for an improvement.
"We match up on them pretty well but obviously we are playing last year's grand final side and their form coming into the back end is really good so they are a good side with good form so we have to be at our best," he said.
Matt Spohn limped off in the dying minutes and faces a race against time despite no structural damage.
After evenly splitting the ledger, ST PATS and East Coast do battle at Morven Park on Saturday for a date with the undefeated Lilydale.
East Coast emerged victorious by 28 points in their round two clash but the Saints returned the favour to the tune of 32 points when the sides met in round 11.
Picking up their victories on home soil, the Evandale venue proves intriguing with ST PATS coach Alex Russell anticipating a close match-up, regaining Tom Allison, Daniel Sellers, Jacob Murphy and Jacob Parker.
"We are fairly confident. We sit at 1-1 and it's never a bad game between us. I reckon it will come down to the last few minutes," he said.
"The key to winning the game will be the midfield. If we can get first use of the ball, we back our forwards in a one-on-one situation to get the job done but we need to get there first."
Coming into the clash off the back of an Evandale loss, East Coast coach Ned Hyland isn't too fazed about last week's result.
"It's the risk you run when you rest players, you aren't going to be at full strength," he said.
Regaining Hamish Tate and Corey Bosworth for the qualifying final, Hyland echoed Russell's comments regarding the midfield battle.
"It's going to be a hard game. Both sides match up well and we have formed a heavy rivalry between the two."
