After closing for winter, Clarendon House is reopening with a celebration for everyone - even those with four legs. National Trust's Estelle Phillips said they thought, why not include our loyal family pets in the celebration this year? "We're encouraging families to bring along their pets ... all creatures great and small," she said. She said there would be a variety of pet services that would have stalls and demonstrations running on the day, alongside food and drinks from Aromas and a sausage sizzle run by the Perth Scouts. A Westie race will also take place. "It's not just a celebration of our pets, but a celebration of all the organisations that help us care for our pets," she said. The event will run from noon to 4pm on September 1.
