I played two years of junior footy there and I live at Longford so it was just a natural progression.
What's your earliest memory of playing footy?
I didn't play much as a youngster, so probably losing the under-13 grand final after going the season undefeated.
How much longer have you got left in you? Any chance of a 300th?
We'll have to see how the body holds up. I'd like to - we'll just have to see what happens there.
RELATED: 11 questions with Anthony Axton
Best player you've played with?
There's four or five rattling around in my head that I've played with, and I'd probably have to say Michael Praciak has been the best and most consistent player I've played with.
Best player you've played against?
I'm not going to say anyone like Steven Milne or an ex-AFL player who's flown in because there's been two or three of them.
I'll probably have to say Chris Jones when he was at his peak for George Town.
Who's your closest mate at the club?
Probably Ben Chugg - I grew up with him from the moment we started breathing I suppose.
Worst teammate to share a changeroom with?
You've got me there ... we'll probably say at the moment Kobe Moore - just a serial pest.
Highlight of your career so far?
Probably the best two parts of the career were playing off in couple of grand finals, albeit losing ones.
You still remember them - probably for the wrong reason, but they were a pretty good experience.
The other thing is celebrating with the other blokes that reach milestones, running out alongside them and the young kids now as well.
Do you prefer playing cricket or footy?
I've been playing there [at Cressy] for as long as I've been playing senior footy but cricket's always been the number one sport.
I just grew up playing cricket and going to the cricket with the old man - he never played footy after I was born so it was always cricket and i just kept going with cricket.
Footy was just something to fill in the weekends in the winter time and it just went from there.

Highlight of your cricket career?
Probably a couple of under-age championships, going to Maroochydore in Queensland along with about six or seven premierships at Cressy.
What's the funniest thing you've seen on the cricket field?
I did see a couple of teammates get into a punch-up after we had celebrated a wicket.
Just a bit of over-zealous celebration turned a bit rough and went from there.
