Both picking up three-vote performances in impressive wins on Saturday, Seymour sits a best on ground showing clear of his Northern Bomber rival but Launceston's round 20 bye keeps Cox-Goodyer within striking distance.

Seymour amassed 30 disposals and kicked three majors to rub his old side Clarence into the dirt as his Blues dominated in a 14.11 (95) to 4.6 (30) showing.
Conceding only four points after half-time, third-placed Launceston were on fire and took home a clean sweep of the vote card with Jobi Harper's midfield performance and Alec Wright's career-best four-goal haul up front taking home the chocolates.
As Seymour led a Blues brigade at Bellerive Oval, North skipper Cox-Goodyer took the reigns of his Bombers boys at Lauderdale as his side claimed top spot in the 9.14 (68) to 3.5 (23) destruction.
Cox-Goodyer's pressure at stoppages was relentless for the new ladder leaders who pressed their claims for a premiership hat-trick as last year's Tassie Medal winner Josh Ponting proves to be a high-quality sidekick to his leader.
Sneaking onto the player of the year leaderboard following his two-vote showing, Ponting has picked up 13 votes as the top three sides continue to dominate proceedings.
Ex-Devonport player Liam Davies picked up his first vote for the season with an impressive game on the wing.
In the round's Southern derby, Glenorchy's Josh Arnold was pivotal to the side's heavy victory in a quality defensive performance for the Magpies.
Keeping Tigers to just six goals, Arnold led the defensive unit as team-mate Rhys Mott picked up two and opponent Ryan Matthews was named his side's best.
