Under the proposal, 6-8 Emu Bay Road Deloraine, 333 Westbury Road Prospect, and 35 Williams Street Westbury would be sold.
The properties are not considered public and are above the council's current and long term needs, the August council agenda said.
"Council previously considered the divestment of these properties at the ordinary council meeting in October 2018, however, resolved not to proceed with the divestment at that point in time," it said.
Councillors then had a workshop about the properties in July.
Service Tasmania and Deloraine Library operate from the Deloraine site. The Department of Communities has expressed interest in the Propspect Vale residence for affordable housing. The land at Westbury also contains a residence.
The meeting starts at 4pm.
