Man enters plea to wallaby, firearm charges
A Prospect man has pleaded not guilty to taking 12 Bennett's wallabies without a permit or prior authorisation.

Andrew John Nutting appeared before Magistrate Sharon Cure on 10 firearm and wildlife charges on Monday.
The 51-year-old is accused of firing a .22 rifle and a t-bolt .17 HMR from Honeysuckle Road at Ross and having 12 wallabies in his possession on the night of September 22 last year.
Mr Nutting was bailed to reappear on September 13.
