The TIS Racing team members that will open their National Road Series accounts in the Tour of Tweed from Friday to Sunday have all been plying their trade in the Northern Hemisphere during our winter.
Launceston's Lauren Perry has been racing a hectic schedule on the US criterium cricuit while Exeter's Catelyn Turner and Anya Louw, of Devonport, have been racing mostly in Belgium.

With teammates Nicole Frain injured and Ruby Roseman-Gannon studying, the trio will combine in northern NSW.
With Matthew Gilmore in Adelaide for the junior track world championships, the team will be coached by Dave Walker and Janelle Smith.
"The girls are coming home with good form after a good block of racing during the Northern summer and will be looking to capitalise on the work they've done overseas," Gilmore said.
"We've got capacity to get on the podium in a stage. That should be our target."
Gilmore said Louw has been making excellent progress.
"Anya was in Europe playing a really good support role as she transitions out of 19s. It's been good for her to gain experience as she aims to get into a road team."
The Tour of Tweed is the first race in this year's women's NRS. The men's series began with the Tour of the Tropics, also in Queensland, last weekend.
Both series continue through Victoria and wind up with the Tour of Tasmania in the first week of December.
