The St Patrick's College and Kings Meadows High students joined boys' captain Lachlan Cowan, girls' captain Maci Lancaster and Candice Belbin as the five Tasmanians to receive the honour.
The All-Australian selections capped off a positive tournament for the hosts, who impressed throughout the week despite final-day losses for both the girls' and boys' teams.
Meeting Western Australia for the first time since a thrilling one-point win in round one, Emma Humphries' girls couldn't take home bronze in their maiden under-15 campaign as the visitors cruised to a 9.6 (60) to 1.5 (11) victory.

Lancaster and Exeter pair Jenna Griffiths and Hayley Bingley were among Tasmania's best, while Amy Edmand scored the side's only goal.
The boys endured a similar scoreline at Prospect Park as Queensland secured fifth place with a 9.4 (58) to 2.5 (17) win.
Northern quintet Josh Gillow, Isaac Hyatt, Khai Lunson, Liam Jones and Ryan Drake all finished in the best.
Other final-day results saw Victoria blitz South Australia in both boys' and girls' gold medal games, while another upcoming Tiwi Island star - Maurice Rioli junior's sister Maria - kicked seven goals in the Northern Territory's win over ACT.
