Mia King's AFLW dream is one step closer to being realised after the 18-year-old was selected for October's draft combine.
One week after being named as the only Tasmanian in the under-18 championships' All-Australian team, King will be the state's sole representative among 45 players selected to attend the combine.
The women's draft combine has previously been held at Marvel Stadium, however a new location for this year's event will be announced at the end of the month.
North Hobart's Mitch O'Neill was the only Tasmanian selected to attend the boys' draft combine.
