Qualifying for the semi-finals with the three-goal win at Prospect Park, Emma Humphries' girls became the first team in Tasmanian footballing history to finish the group stages of an underage carnival undefeated.
"It's pretty special. We've never really been in this situation so it's a lot different for the girls and the coaching staff even," she said.
"It just makes it a little bit more interesting and a little bit more special."

Launceston small forward Agostini kicked the side's first two majors of the match, including a fantastic left-footed snap from congested play, before finding the big sticks with the first play of the last quarter to calm the nerves.
Carrying an eight-point lead into the first break, a goal-less back-and-forth competition ensued with New South Wales looking dangerous.
The third-quarter produced more worrying signs for the home side as the visitors continued to apply pressure but the Tasmanians resisted and held them off.
Poised to play South Australia at Prospect Park on Thursday for a spot in Friday's final, Humphries is looking for a stronger performance.
"We didn't have our greatest game and we have a lot of improvements to come out of it.
"We can't let SA dictate us and we have to play the game how we want to play it.
