City of Launceston general manager Michael Stretton said the fire resulted in delayed supply of some FOGO bins over the past few weeks, but the process was now back to usual.
"Supplies are now returning to normal and we don't expect further delays," Mr Stretton said.
"Once a resident orders a new FOGO kerbside wheelie bin it takes about a 15 days for it to be sourced, allocated and delivered," he said.

City of Launceston residents can order their own FOGO kerbside bin for a one-off fee of $65.
These bins, for food and garden organics, are collected fortnightly "and is a great way to divert organic material away from landfill", Mr Stretton said.
