A significant capital works project tender has also been advertised for the construction of a new kindergarten facility at Glenora District School.
The work is part of a $15 million funding package announced last year, which will go towards new and upgraded kindergartens.
Education Minister Jeremy Rockliff said the project was part of the government's commitment to ensure students and staff have the best environments possible to learn and work.
"This targeted investment in education, from birth through to year 12 and beyond, will ensure Tasmania has a job-ready generation of young people with the skills to participate in a modern economy," Mr Rockliff said.
