Art and science will be crossing paths at an upcoming University of Tasmania workshop on environmental sustainability.
According to UTAS arts education lecturer and Australian Teacher Educator of the year Dr Abbey Macdonald the event is about having a conversation between the relationship of inquiry, science and arts.
"It's looking at the way the arts interplays with science to enable people to learn about places they might not otherwise not know about," Dr Macdonald said.

The event is in collaboration with the Hadley's Art Prize. The event runs all day on both August 3 and 4 at Hadley's Orient Hotel.
