Originally penned as a curtain-raiser to this weekend's AFL blockbuster between Hawthorn and Brisbane, the match was later moved to a 1pm timeslot at Windsor Park.
The game will instead be played at 11am at Invermay Park - the Devils' sixth different home ground of the season.
The Devils made four changes to the side that lost to Gippsland last weekend, headlined ny North Launceston forward Jackson Callow's return from injury.
Callow will be joined in the side by key defender Oscar Shaw, Tigers midfielder Bailey Gordon and Devonport debutant Jack Rand, with under-16 All-Australian Sam Banks to miss with concussion.
Launceston's Connor Riethoff, Sam Green and Jacques Barwick were also omitted from the team.
