The 18-year-old took out the silver medal in the women's 200m freestyle final at the FINA Swimming World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.
Italy's Federica Pellegrini took out the gold medal, and Sweden's Sarah Sjoestroem took out bronze.
Titmus' time was 1.54.66, just 00.454 seconds behind Pellegrini.
Titmus won against five-time Olympic champion Katie Ledecky on Sunday in the 400m freestyle event.

A 14-time world champion, Ledecky had not been beaten in 400m, 800, or 1500m freestyle at a major international meet since 2012.
