Owners Brett and Kathy Victory built their brewery out of an old house adjacent to the Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre.
"I think most people would've put a bulldozer through it but that was part of the challenge: saving it and doing something special," Mr Victory said.
Mrs Victory said her husband had always been a skilled homebrewer and could now share his product on a large scale.

"Brett was homebrewing at the time, that's how most of it came about at the time, people were loving it so much," she said.
Brewer Stuart Grant said something he' was really passionate about was fresh beer and being able to serve the beer five metres from where it's brewed was really important.
"We've designed the whole building so that you come in, you see the brewery, you walk straight past it to the bar and that's it," he said.
