The founder of the Scottsdale Bakery said it was ten times cheaper to lease a storefront in Youngtown than it was in Scottsdale.

That was the reason behind the bakery's move out of the North-East and into Launceston about three months ago, Max Hall - who was also the deputy mayor of Dorset until February - said.
"We were being charged too much rent - tenfold more, as far as Youngtown is concerned," he said.
The Scottsdale Bakery now has outlets in Newnham and Youngtown - but not Scottsdale, where the business was started by Mr Hall.
However, he said he was happy to make the move.
"[The Youngtown store] is going very well, I'm very happy with it," he said.
"I've got two new partners that have come into the business and they've helped me a lot over the past three months or so.
"I think they would always be looking for new shopfronts if the opportunity came up, they're very keen to grow."
