The crash occurred near the Highland Lakes Road junction about midday on Friday.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter is at the scene, but injuries are unknown at this stage.
Motorists are advised to avoid travelling in the area until further notice, with south-bound traffic being diverted at Mud Walls Road.
