Now in its fifth year, the Great Eastern Wine Weekend will showcase the Coast's cool climate wine region at vineyards and cellar doors with special events including brunches, yoga, Wineglass Bay cruises, and cheese and wine events.
RACT Destinations chief operating officer Andrew Paynter said Freycinet Lodge would again be a key part of the weekend, which has grown larger each year.
"At the Lodge, we use local producers wherever possible, so it is pleasing to see an event such as this bringing them together to celebrate the best of the East Coast," he said.
"Each year the event has grown, including winning the Event of the Year award at the recent East Coast Regional Tourism Awards."
The festival took out the honour at the Great Eastern Driver Awards in June, alongside the Bicheno Food and Wine Festival.

"We look forward to hosting locals, Tasmanians and visitors at this outstanding event," Mr Paynter said.
The event will start on September 6 with Meet the Maker, where patrons will have the chance experience tastings right from the Coast's winemakers as they converge on Freycinet Lodge.
Numerous vineyards will attend the event, including Devil's Corner, Craigie Knowe, and Iron House Brewery.
Other events will include a farm tour and oyster tasting at the award-winning Freycinet Marine Farm, a Bubbles and Brunch Masterclass with renowned wine judge and educator Curly Haslam-Coates, and a cooking class at Twamley Farm.
Patrons will also have opportunities to sip wine at tastings, sample Tasmanian cheese, and enjoy the East Coast's stunning scenery.
