Mole Creek is set to be served by a new cafe after Tuesday night's Meander Valley council meeting.
The council unanimously approved a change of use for the property at 20 Pioneer Drive, with the aim of converting two front bedrooms of the property into a 19-seat cafe.
Outdoor seating would also be provided at the front of the dwelling.
Councillors wished the owner success, noting the difficulty of starting a new business. "[I] wish them all the best," said deputy mayor Michael Kelly.
