Following a visit from Google Asia and famed Japanese chef Hal Yamashita at the beginning of the year, a video has been released highlighting the estate.
The video features interviews with directors James and Robert Ravens, and delves into the difficulties the family faced early on compared to the massive tourism success the estate has now become.
It also follows Mr Yamashita's trip to the estate, and how he came all the way from Japan to experience their lavender.

The video, titled Bridestowe Lavender: Harvesting global business from rural Australia, was released on July 3.
Mr Ravens and wife, Jennifer, recently returned from Japan, where they had the opportunity to visit the Google Asia headquarters and view the video prior to its release.
Mr Ravens said he hoped to see a revival in Japanese tourism to Tasmania, and would be working closely with Mr Yamashita as part of the strategy.
