The exhibition, titled Untitled TZT038, opens July 13 at Bos Fine Art at the Hague.
Mr Snell said a solo international exhibition was a highly significant step in an artist's career.
"This exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to showcase my practice in the Netherlands and Europe and will be extremely valuable in exposing my work to new audiences, curators and collectors," he said.
"This experience will also allow me to meet other artists who share similar ideas and a similar aesthetic- the exchange may result in new ideas, contacts or collaborations."
Headmaster Richard Ford said that Snell had an outstanding reputation.
