All entrances and exits to the town were blocked as police targeted offenders.
Similar operations have been conducted at Mayfield and Ravenswood.
In Cressy, 15 police officers, a drug detection dog, an unmarked police motorcycle and a helicopter descended on the town, with similar resources deployed in the two other lockdowns.
A number of people were caught for minor offences, including drug, traffic infringement and liquor offences.
In Ravenswood, police caught two drug drivers, two people with stolen items, two people then charged with firearms offences, four people that had failed to appear in court, and one person involved in family violence.
In Mayfield, police caught six drug-drivers, two disqualified drivers, one drink-driver, a number of people with outstanding arrest warrants, and one person found in possession of knuckle dusters.
Commissioner Hine said a spike in crime in the the Northern District was the cause of the series of lockdowns, which aim to hold those committing offences to account.
But critics including Greens leader Cassy O'Connor have said the lockdowns were heavy-handed.
