Several incidents arose from the weekend's three matches involving some of the competition's biggest names.
North Launceston ruckman Bart McCulloch was referred for striking Edward Trupp but the MRP determined it to have insufficient force. No further action was required against North's coach Taylor Whitford for making "incidental" contact against Jacob Gillbee.
The panel determined Jeremiah Perkins' rough conduct against Lachlan Cocker to be intentional, with medium impact and the potential to cause serious injury.
Perkins has been offered a base sanction of three matches, reduced to two with an early guilty plea and has until Tuesday morning to respond.
Clarence's James Holmes avoided a one-match ban by accepting a reprimand after a report for making forceful front-on contact against returning Launceston utility Dylan Riley was determined to be careless with low impact.
Two incidents arising from Glenorchy's win over the Tigers were assessed.
No further action was taken against Matthew Dilger after the panel decided his high contact with Jarryd Drew was incidental.
