Hamer will saddle up the three horses that have put him in the winner's stall in recent weeks - Braccenby, Bedrock Dreams and Courtinho.
Unfortunately, Bedrock Dreams and Coutinho may have to clash in the Benchmark 58 Handicap over 1150m unless Courtinho can get a start in a more suitable 1380m race where he is an emergency.
A former Victorian bought online for only $8000, Coutinho made a winning Tasmanian debut over 1150m three weeks ago.
Hamer said the Pierro gelding would be better suited over a longer distance but will be relying on a couple of scratching if he's to get that this week.
Bedrock Dreams, on the other hand, looks suited again in the 1150m race where she has drawn barrier 1 with the services of Siggy Carr.
Carr gave the Bon Hoffa mare a lovely run off the pace when she resumed from a spell a fortnight ago and she finished strongly to beat Cranbrook and Meetony.
She stays in the same class and goes up only 1.5kg.
The form guide shows that Bedrock Dreams has won only four of her 43 starts but she is unlucky not to have a fifth win on her resume.
The six-year-old was involved in a controversial photo-finish at Spreyton 12 months ago when, despite the unavailability of a clear image, the race was awarded to Vengeance Of Fury.
Many at the track believed it should have been declared a dead-heat.
Braccenby is topweight with 63kg for the first division of the Benchmark 58 Handicap but will carry 4kg less after Scarlet So's claim.
The former Victorian gelding, who was placed at Moonee Valley and Sandown before spending time in Hong Kong, has shown something like his best form at his past two starts.
Despite drawing the outside barrier on Sunday, he looks to have found an easier race and should be hard to hold out.
PUNTERS RINGING FOR THE BUTLER
Pipers River harness trainer Marc Butler boasts one of the best strike-rates in the state and could be the punters' friend again when he takes four horses to Mowbray on Friday night.
He will be represented by Couta Rocks, The Escape Plan, Ima A Lister and recent stable acquisition Hezbuyindiamonds and all look to have good chances.
Butler's 21 winners this season have come from only 85 runners at a strike-rate of 24.7 per cent.
Of the top 10 trainers, he is only marginally behind Rod Ashwood (26.0) and Rohan Hillier (25.6) and just ahead of Bianca Heenan (23.0).
