A life member at the Prospect club, Sciulli wants to see a stronger base to the pyramid of players from which his NPL Tasmania side is picked.
"We're a bit light on in numbers as far as the whole club goes and need to start focusing on that for next year," he said.
"We need to get more people in and start bringing the juniors up for next year and try as hard as we can to get the girls' team up and running and get numbers back around the club again."

Sciulli said the club's junior ranks are offering prospects for the next few years especially the successful under-18s side including captain Will Compagne and Jack Beach.
"There are also a couple of 16s players we're watching but a lot of those players are going to have uni studies and jobs so there are no guarantees."
A run of three straight wins came to an end with a 3-0 home loss to Hobart Zebras on Saturday with more top-four opposition awaiting in the form of Olympia this weekend.
Launceston's two NPL teams swap opponents from last weekend with Riverside coach Alex Gaetani optimistic about his side's prospects against Zebras on Sunday following a 5-1 loss at Olympia.
"We've got the top four teams in a row and just have to see if we can get an upset in there," he said.
"It's not the end of the world when we get beaten by Olympia but we're not far off the teams around us, it's just going to take a goal-scoring edge for us to climb up the ladder a few positions and cement ourselves.
"Zebras on Sunday at KGV is a chance for us because they have not been at their best recently."
South Hobart await the following Saturday followed by the rearranged game at Devonport on July 10 before Olympic again face bottom-placed Clarence.
